PAD offers a Variety of Consulting Services
At PAD we offer a spectrum of consulting services to help you build your dream tiny house. Because each project is unique, we ask that you contact us for specific rates and pricing. Send us an email with your project goals and what you are looking for in the way of consultation and we’ll work with you to create a consulting package tailored to your needs. We offer:
Design Work
We can help refine your ideas to existing plans, or work with you to create a unique tiny house design made just for you.
Live Ability
Want to visit and tour a tiny house on wheels? We have a Portland tiny house available for you to ‘try on’, to evaluate the systems, logistics, and general construction. This model is also occasionally available for over-night stays to get a real experiential dose of tiny.
Construction
We provide hands-on construction help billed by the hour. This can happen at key points in the project or include regular check-ins. In addition, we can recommend to you local builders specializing in tiny structures.
Moving Support
We can provide support for getting your little house from Point A to Point B. This includes equipment rental and consulting time.
Owner’s Rep
If you are new to home design and construction or just have limited time, we offer customized owner’s rep service packages to help you navigate the entire tiny house process – design, construction and delivery.
Speaking Engagements
We are available to offer tiny house expertise to your classroom discussions or event.
